Welcome, I am Riccardo, a citizen of the world originally from the province of Naples. If you are reading this brief introduction about me perhaps you have met me in terms of work or through one of my new or old projects. Well, whatever the reason, welcome* to my little digital space.
The event facility
Every experience I have had has always led me back here, where my roots are well established. It is for this city that my new project was born: the Lettieri Academy, a non-profit organization dedicated to all young people in the area who want to get back into the game, a training center for restaurant entrepreneurs.
It is a self-financed project, thanks to some ancillary services such as Vitamì: the event facility that “houses” the Academy.
The territory
Accademia Lettieri is more than a vocational training course, it is a project: that of giving new opportunities to local young people, but not only, ensuring professional but above all personal growth, thanks to the implementation of NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) in every aspect of the Academy, from the certified teachers and staff, to the curriculum, adopting teaching strategies to the different learning modes of the students.
Training to establish oneself
Experience and education are two elements that characterize me as a person and also influence my idea of success.
It is through experience that you can best deal with any future problems. It is with training that you can avoid it.
